The following weeks, the same case happened and happened again...always after I exercised at the gym. It still happened even though I already lowered my exercise. A friend told me it might because I didn't get enough breakfast. I should've had big breakfast before exerciseng. "That makes sense," I thought. Especially when I found my hazy sight disappeared after I ate.
Worse case happened. The hazy sight thing started to attack me not only after I went to the gym. It also attacked me in my daily life. "What is it?" I was wondering. Funnily, it always disappeared after I ate rice. If I ate other things, it wouldn't disappear as quickly as if I had rice. I talked to friends seeking for advice. Almost all of them suspected it was about glucose. I needed more glucose. I had to eat more.
Alright then....eat more...big breakfast...more rice... I pushed myself to always have BIG breakfast. Since then... The result? Sure, I gained weight. It was ok actually. The irritating thing was because the hazy sight thing did,'t completely disappear. I kept attacking me even though it was not as often as before.
Until one night...
I was talking with my friend on the phone. Then, we came up with the topic of food intake, healthy diet, my hazy sight, and so on and so on... Until suddenly my friend shouted, "Maybe it's bcoz u lack vit B!"
"I what???"
"Yes... you may lack vit B. You said last night your calf got cramped... That must be vit B"
"Well, yeah... I know when it happened to my leg I usually took vit B and things will turn fine the next day. But, I'm not sure it has osmething to do with my hazy sight?"
"I'm sure..."
"Hmmm...Alright..."
Then I bought multivitamin B (complex + 12) at the pharmacy. And the result?
It only took me two days to make my hazy sight completely disappeared for good, let alone the pain on my calf. And I only took one pill a day.... I read the note inside the box that vit B functions as coenzym to transform calories into energy. In other words, if you lack this vit, all the calories in your body cannot easily be transformed into energy. So, even though you eat a lot, you may still lack of energy especially if you have loads of activities. And at the same time you keep storing calories that make your body heavier cause you think by eating more you will gain more energy.
Lesson to learn:
Small thing can give great impact, like vit B. You do not need it much, but still you may not lack it.
